If the product is returned within 28 days of its delivery date, you will be reimbursed via the same payment method.

If the product is returned after the 28th day after delivery, Logos Unlimited Schoolwear reserve the right to return the item to you at your cost of shipping. Any refusal to pay the shipping for the item to be returned, Logos Unlimited Schoolwear will be kept by for a further 28 days awaiting your collection. If you have not collected the order by this period, Logos Unlimited Schoolwear reserves the right to reclaim the items without any further notice.

If tests need to be carried out on the product, in the framework of the right of return, we will do our best to reimburse you as quickly as possible. This time period will depend on the nature of the technical tests performed by the After-Sales Service of your product’s manufacturer, for a maximum period of 28 working days.

All products: For any returned package, please go to the website and follow the instructions for returning that item. Shipping fees are your responsibility, except if the product does not conform to the description of said product (you are responsible for any damage done during the shipping of the returned goods)
