Click and Collect Service
Our click and collect service is available at all of our stores. To choose this service please select ‘Collect from Store’ option as your delivery method.
After placing your order you will receive an email acknowledging your order. Please wait for a second email from us to confirming that your order is ready to collect.
Please note that orders will only be available to collect from the store that the school uniform is stocked at. Check our branches page to see where your school is stocked at.
Delivery Information
For smaller parcel orders will be delivered by Royal Mail and larger parcels with be delivered by DX.
Once your order has been completed and packaged. We send your parcel to the courier.
Delivery notifications are sent to the email address provided on your order. Please check your spam/junk inbox.
Royal Mail delivery service is 24 hour tracked.
DX Next Day Delivery service and all parcels must be signed for.
If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for your order DX will reattempt delivery.
